First - Decide on the type and quantity of cards you need.

Our minimum order is 250 cards for all cards except id/identity cards which have no minimum order amount.

Second - Decide on the design elements of your cards.

We can incorporate your existing logos, artwork, photographs and images, in addition to pre-produced card layouts you have already designed, or we can provide custom card design and our own design elements for you. You'll find our helpful layout requirements and a handy Adobe® Photoshop® template for your design needs below.

If you choose to have us scan your photos, artwork, or existing business cards, please mail us the originals.

Once we have received your completed order, look for your layout proof via return e-mail. Your cards will be manufactured and shipped upon receipt of proof approval.

Getting additional cards is easy once you have made an initial purchase. Simply return to our web site and choose "Reorder Cards" or call us.

If we will be designing your card:

For logos and artwork provide large, clean art to insure the highest quality scan.
We scan images/photographs sent by mail up to 8.5" wide X 11" high. Larger images than this will incur additional charges.
Images should be scanned at 600 dpi or greater at a minimum size of 3.5" wide X 2.25" high and saved in RGB format as high-quality JPEG or TIFF.
Camera-ready text is not necessary. We will set all text at no additional charge.
Subsequent revisions charged at $85.00 per hour.

If submitting a complete pre-produced card layout via the web, your design must meet these guidelines:

We use the Windows® operating system. Sorry, we can not accept Macintosh® files.
The layout should be sized to 3.5" wide X 2.25" high X 600 dpi with all text within a 3/16" boarder to allow for radiused cropping. Please see our Photoshop® design template for these specifics. For best results, sending us your original "layered" file is recommended. However a "flattened" image should be provided at 600 dpi or greater and saved in CMYK format as a high-quality JPEG or TIFF.
Due to cutting variances, card designs with a framed boarder are not recommended. A possible slight shift in cutting will cause the printed frame boarder to appear off center.
